Meatballs

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 C oatmeal
  • 1 C cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients & shape into walnut sized balls.  Place on wax paper lined cookie sheets and freeze.  Store in freezer bags until ready to use.  When ready, bake @ 350 for 45-60 minutes.
