- yellow or white cake mix
- chocolate pudding, large box
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 C sugar
- 8 oz whip cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Make and bake cake according to package directions. Cool.
Make pudding according to package directions. Spread evenly over cake.
Mix last 4 ingredients together. Spread evenly over pudding.
Refrigerate until serving.
