- 1 loaf Italian bread (about 14″ long)- split & toasted
- 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 C pepperoni
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425. Cover each piece of bread with half a jar of sauce. Evenly top with pepperoni, mushrooms, & cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
